With over 35 years of project, process and operations management experience, Wendi brings to NorthPoint a passion for restructuring organizations to optimize productivity and enhance the client experience. Her strong, broad-based technical experience continues to support the growing needs of the day-to-day operations of the firm, supporting NorthPoint's "high tech/high touch" philosophy.
Prior to joining NCH, now NorthPoint, Wendi held senior management positions with The American Sterling Group who had operating units in the banking, insurance and film production sectors; The Geneva Companies, who serviced the middle M&A market; MicroSim Corporation, an EDA software development firm and Nationwide Support Services/Financial Strength Builder, a provider of financial education tools.
Her extensive experience with corporate real estate development, business expansion and corporate relocations afforded her many opportunities to design and build corporate headquarters spaces, retail banking branches and corporate conference facilities. Demonstrated experience in corporate governance, risk management, contracts administration and human resource management are also skills that Wendi deploys in her Managing Partner role at NorthPoint.
Wendi and her husband of 30 years, Ron, enjoy music, surfing and kayaking and renovating old stuff (houses, antiques, knees). Wendi is an avid gardener and quilt artisan, outside of tax season.
